Looking for a fun way to volunteer in the community? A fan of handwritten letters? Supporter of good ole snail mail? Here for desserts? Look no further. The Miss Zona Rosa Scholarship Organization, a local preliminary of the Miss America Opportunity, is partnering with The Letter Project to host a fun, female-focused night of service.... complete with scoops of ice cream and tasty desserts!

All ticket proceeds benefit The Letter Project, an international women's empowerment nonprofit that uplifts females through handwritten letters. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• A group of women and girls that will uplift & encourage you

• A space to express yourself

• A tired hand (😉) after writing letters for The Letter Project

Females of all ages are welcome to join us for an ice cream social, interactive confidence-building activities, letter writing for women and girls supported by The Letter Project, and an intentional Q&A with women who have been where you want to be.

After the main event concludes at 7:00 PM, we'll re-adjust and reset for an optional informational workshop, covering:

• how to get involved with the Miss Zona Rosa Scholarship Organization, 

• examples from current and former titleholders,

• tips & tricks to prepare for the local competition,

• beauty & makeup & wellness tips,

• how to submit an application for Miss America, 

• tools for how to activate the most confident and prepared YOU. 

This workshop is valuable if you're thinking about doing a pageant, are a seasoned competitor, or have never once thought about doing a pageant. The tips & tricks translate to daily life and help you become the best YOU -- personally and professionally!
