The Sun: the beginning of life (El Sol: el comenzado de la vida)

One of my favorite places to visit was La Casa del Sol (House of the Sun), a cooperative focused on environmental sustainability and using the energy of the Sun to power our lives. Our entire meal was heated under the Sun using solar cookers and we learned about solar plots, solar heating, water purification and other uses of the Sun.
